Unlike typical Bearing Bushes, Taperlock Bushes make use of locking mechanisms that have several useful applications, especially in the case of mechanical applications that involve high speeds.

 

These Bearing Bushes are usually used to secure Pulleys, Sprockets and other elements to shafts. Most Taperlock Bushes are manufactured using strong, yet inexpensive materials like cast iron.

 

However, if you require corrosion resistance, steel and stainless steel equivalents are also available upon request.Aside from high-speed applications, Taperlock Bushes are also recommended to be used with Couplings, Sprockets, and Power Transmission elements like V Pulleys.
